By accessing fanzonemap.org (the "Service") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. The Service
FanZone Map publishes editorial content about pubs, sports bars and fan zones, alongside a user-contributed map. Information is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Editorial independence
Our Top 10s, ratings and dispatches are produced by editors with no payment from venues. Sponsorship, when it appears, is disclosed in the relevant article. A venue cannot pay to be added, ranked higher or removed faster.
4. User submissions
When you submit a venue, review or photograph, you confirm that you own or are authorised to share the content and that it is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and translate the submission as part of the Service. You may request removal at any time.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit content that is defamatory, hateful or illegal.
- Do not impersonate a venue or another person.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages.
6. Intellectual property
Editorial articles, the FanZone Map name, logo and design are protected by intellectual-property law. You may share short excerpts with credit and a link back. For any other reuse, including republication, please contact us first.
7. External links
The Service links to third-party sites (venue websites, mapping providers, ticket retailers). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep information accurate and current. Even so, opening hours change, venues close and screens are unplugged. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always confirm critical details with the venue before travelling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanZone Map is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including missed kick-offs, sold-out venues or rain-out.
10. Responsible enjoyment
Football is a pastime. Drink responsibly, respect the staff and the supporters around you, and remember that the result will be the same whether or not you finish the third pint.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update, redesign or pause parts of the Service at any time. We will keep critical content (legal pages, contact details) available through any transition.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FanZone Map is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights at home.
